1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free from damage, wear, or alterations
  • Returned with original packaging and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items failing to meet these conditions may be denied or partially refunded.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Incorrect, defective, or damaged items: Tandy Clinical Solutions will cover return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as returns lost in transit cannot be refunded without proof.


5. Inspection & Approval Timeline

Returned items are inspected within 15–45 business days after receipt. Inspections verify:

  • Product condition
  • Completeness
  • Signs of misuse or damage

Customers will be notified via email of approval, partial approval, or rejection.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 15–45 business days after inspection and are credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For all other cases, customers must complete a return and place a new order.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Report damaged or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging along with your order number. We will evaluate and provide a replacement or refund.


9. Lost Packages

If a shipment is lost and confirmed by the carrier, a refund or replacement will be issued. Packages marked β€œDelivered” but missing are subject to carrier investigation and may not always qualify for replacement.


10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not entered processing. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
