All orders are processed within 15–45 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, sales events, or inventory verification periods, processing may take up to 15–45 business days.
Customers will be notified via email if processing delays occur beyond the normal timeframe.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes begin after order processing and vary by destination:
- Standard Domestic Shipping: 15–45 business days
- International Standard Shipping: 15–45 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

- Selected shipping method
All shipping charges are shown before payment. No hidden fees are added.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If tracking does not update after 72 hours, customers may contact our support team for assistance.
5. Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details. Tandy Clinical Solutions is not liable for delayed or undelivered orders caused by:

- Missing unit or apartment numbers
- Incorrect ZIP or postal codes
Orders returned due to customer address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

9. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
Pre-order or back-ordered items will display estimated shipping dates on the product page. Orders containing mixed availability items may be shipped separately.
10. Order Changes
Address updates or order modifications must be requested before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, changes may not be possible.
11. Delivery Confirmation Responsibility
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Tandy Clinical Solutions is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after confirmed delivery, though assistance may be provided when possible.
